Bandwidth exceeded

If you visited this weblog yesterday you would’ve seen the standard “bandwidth exceeded” message. Yes — bandwidth exceeded. For the second straight month, I managed to overshoot my bandwidth allocation with hardly a few new entries. I find it really surprising, pleasantly. A good percentage of the traffic pie goes to my personal lyrics weblog, now everything but personal, with hundreds of commenters coming in everyday from the major search engines.

I briefly thought about keeping the site unavailable until the end of the month, when the bandwidth allocation is reset, but I couldn’t just turn down my regular visitors who frequent this weblog almost everyday just to see that I haven’t written for the nth day, or week. ;) This weblog is alive, but it’s not me writing. New comments are posted almost everyday, especially for the “google bait” entries. ;) Hehehe. If you look at the “Wag na wag mong sasabihin” thread, a few comments are worth noting, providing a different insight on the song we’ve been debating a lot about in the office with my training buddies. But if you would ask me, this is my favorite thread, especially because of this comment.
Love makes the world go ‘round, I’m just so crazy for you.

And since I’ve been writing about bandwidth and this weblog, I’d just say thanks to Abe (Yuga) and plogHost for the wonderful service, my bandwidth limit was upped literally just minutes after I posted my support ticket. Sadly, Abe, plogHost and RP Nuclei Solutions just lost one of its own. Condolences and prayers, may the Almighty bless his soul, and may he rest in peace.

Without much images, MP3s and other bandwidth-suckin’ stuff, reaching your bandwidth limit really is something. Congratulations!
